May Clash of the Covers
Congratulations to our April winner, Replicant by Dani Worth!
And now on to our picks for May!
What Susan Blexrud says: I read the review of this book at Smart Bitches, Trashy Books, and I was drawn to the cover because it posed so many questions. Is this woman a witch? Is her mop a quasi-broomstick? Is she walking away from a dead-end job? I’m intrigued.
What Chandra Ryan says: Yep, this month I’m back to the cooler colors of blues and whites. But, really, isn’t that corset dress to die for? Even without the dress, this woman has got to be one of the most striking women I’ve seen on a cover. She’s beautiful and everything from the cool colors to the bold font of the title and author name compliment her style. It’s a wonderful cover.
What Robyn Bachar says: This is part of Samhain’s new Midnight Justice anthology. All of the covers are fabulous, but this one really caught my eye. The couple looks so dangerous together, and the heroine is particularly awesome. They’re definitely about to kick some ass.
Now take your pick in our quick click poll to choose which of these covers will be our featured cover next month…
