Clash of the Covers 10/19/09
Welcome to another installment of the Cover Clash! We have a tough choice this week. But first, let’s announce last week’s winner…
And the Thorn goes to…
Amanda Vyne for “More than Blood”! YAY!
Congratulations, Amanda, you win the Thorn!
And now for this week’s competition…
What Suzanne says: I’m changing it up this week – instead of the front torso, I’m opting for the back, lol. This guy just looks like one of those bad boys your mother warned you about. <G> I really like the tattoo, too. The colors in the background really help to set the mood of this cover. Well done!
What Dawn says: The strength of the heroine shows in this cover – and that’s the thing I love about Joey’s books. Her covers keep getting better and better, and this one is the latest in her Vampire Queen series. The tiger on his chest with the draws you in and makes you want to read the book to find out what that’s all about. Grade A paranormal cover.
What Barbara says: This cover really caught my eye. I know his face is hidden and I usually like faces, but there’s something about the mystery that intrigues me. Well, that and his iincredible arm! Plus the black and red is so striking. Very, very nice!
Now it’s your turn. Which is your favorite?
